I always find that being specific when talking to people can show you are genuinely interested in their life, but I never thought this could be utilized when giving feedback. Another important quality is to not tell them they are missing something as that does not allow growth because they did not put any effort into something they did not even think of. The most interesting point in this article was to take oneself out of the feedback.
