Intense objectively true opinions on why the earth is flat

If the earth was round than gravity would not exist. Gravity exists due to the FACT that the earth is accelerating at 9.81 m/s/s up through space. The sun is at a fixed distance from the earth also moving 9.81 m/s/s. Night and day is caused by the sun moving from north to south pole shining light much like a flashlight. The moon moves opposite that of the sun. Lastly, to explain the so called "pictures" of the "spherical" earth we will explore an easy explanation: "photoshop". It isn't hard to do people I mean look at this Image result for flat earthIf I can photoshop a flat earth then these "scientists" and "astronomers" can photoshop a "spherical" earth to gain nothing except to laugh at the stupid public. DO NOT be apart of this stupid sheepish public. LISTEN TO ME. These "scientists" with their "degrees" know nothing.

    If the earth was flat... cats would have pushed everything off of it by now. The power of Photoshop... :-)

Feedback Strategies: Process Praise and Mirror Feedback

Be a Mirror This article is useful as it lists out examples as to how each of the 5 useful qualities within feedback is presented. I always find that being specific when talking to people can show you are genuinely interested in their life, but I never thought this could be utilized when giving feedback. Another important quality is to not tell them they are missing something as that does not allow growth because they did not put any effort into something they did not even think of. The most interesting point in this article was to take oneself out of the feedback. Everyone enjoys talking about themselves, but in the case where you are giving feedback it's best to not say why I think something because it takes away from their growth.
