Learning Challenge: Sleeeeepppp
I read "How Decays the Mind and Body" I have always been into being as healthy as possible. I eat incredibly healthly and workout 7 days a week. I noticed my junior year when I was getting 4 hours of sleep on a regular basis I was gaining more weight, which is weird for me. I have always wondered why sleep increases muscle gains as well. Everyone always told me that sleep is just as important. Now that I know it helps your cells regenerate, which is the whole idea behind building muscle. I will attempt to get more sleep even though I have loud roomates that I have to coincide my sleeping with.
