Reading Notes: Krishna Videos Part B

Krishna's profecy of being the end of Kance is what I will focus on in my next story. I will relate this to Aladdin most likely where Krishna is Aladdin and jafaf will be Kance. As he attempts to kill him multiple times, but each time Krishna prevails. I also like how Krishna has a friend to fight beside similar to Abu.

Hello all, my name is Zach and this is a story all about how my life got turned upside down. i.e college. I started out college believing it would be easy, like most people I imagine. Feedback Strategies: Process Praise and Mirror Feedback

Be a Mirror This article is useful as it lists out examples as to how each of the 5 useful qualities within feedback is presented. I always find that being specific when talking to people can show you are genuinely interested in their life, but I never thought this could be utilized when giving feedback. Another important quality is to not tell them they are missing something as that does not allow growth because they did not put any effort into something they did not even think of. The most interesting point in this article was to take oneself out of the feedback. Everyone enjoys talking about themselves, but in the case where you are giving feedback it's best to not say why I think something because it takes away from their growth.
